GPU Overclocking

Users can overclock or boost their entire deployment of virtual GPUs by staking a percentage of the MNB they mine. There are 4 overclock settings that increase the users' total hash rate. Anywhere from 12.5% - 50% of mined MNB coins can be staked, resulting in up to a 2x increase in hash rate. Overclock Levels

Any miner at any point can decide which level of overclocking to apply, the relevant percentage of mined MNB to the overclock level will be automatically staked. Lock-up period When staking users will have a minimum overclock period of 30 days, after which users can request to decrease their overclock level to previous tiers or remove any overclocks completely. During the lock-up period, a user cannot downgrade overclock levels or remove overclocks completely. However, users can freely upgrade to any higher overclock level during the 30-day period. Reducing overclock level If a user reduces their overclock level, they can request to withdraw the relative staked MNB balance, however, there is a 14-day cool-off period before the MNB is credited to the user's available MNB balance. For example, if a user has an overclock level of 4 and 10,000 MNB staked, and the user downgraded to overclock level 3 they would be eligible to request a withdrawal of 2,500 MNB. Once a user reduces an overclock level there is a 30-day cooling-off period before any future upgrades can take place. Removing overclock completely If a user removes their overclocks completely, they can request to withdraw their entire staked MNB balance, again, there is a 14-day cool-off period before the MNB is credited to the user's available MNB balance. For example, if a user has an overclock level of 4 and 10,000 MNB staked, and the user removes all overclocks they would be eligible to request a withdrawal of 10,000 MNB. Once a user removes all overclocks there is a 30-day cooling-off period before any future upgrades can take place.
